Masturbation

I think everyone went to the lecture without a clue (other than the subject) what the lecture would be like. We found out the history of masturbation and why, even now, it is still a subject that does not get mentioned. Some of the methods they used to ‘stop’ or ‘cure’ masturbation made me cringe. And whilst masturbation is not seen as a sin anymore (this makes lads happy i’m sure), it is still seen as a dirty act.
What’s everyone’s views on this?
